Prepayment: Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received the money for your order in our account. Your order will be sent by registered mail, which means that you must sign for receipt with the postman. Parcel service costs € 6.50 excluding VAT.

If you order from us via our webshop, by e-mail or by telephone, you are responsible for the color you choose. We can advise you, but since we cannot see you or your customer, we cannot guarantee that the color you chose matches your hair color or your customer’s. If you come to our store, we can professionally choose a color for you that matches your or your customer’s own hair.
